1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Gutulazuk's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Gutulazuk provides legal compliance and contract management solutions including Covenant Guard Solutions, Regulatory Compass, and Litigation Command Center. Services are provided "as is" for business and legal consultation purposes.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and tools on Gutulazuk platforms are the exclusive property of Gutulazuk. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
4. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when registering
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Use services only for lawful purposes
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
5. Limitation of Liability
Gutulazuk shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from service use, data loss, or business interruption, even if advised of such possibility.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of client information in accordance with GDPR and German data protection laws. Your data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
7. Service Fees & Payment
Service fees are as stated in your service agreement. Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional charges.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as outlined in your service agreement. Upon termination, your access will be immediately revoked.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Düsseldorf.
